Parkglen’s Deed Restrictions (Art. V, Sec. 1) states that: “No building, fence, wall or other structure which would be visible from any public street or area shall be placed or altered on any lot in Parkglen nor shall any exterior addition to or alteration thereon be made until a set of building plans or proposals, showing the specifications, nature, kind, shape, height, materials, color, and location of such building or addition, as to conformity and harmony of external design with existing structures on the property shall have been submitted to the Board of Directors…”
Any change, alteration, addition, or modification to the external (outside) appearance of your Parkglen home must receive prior approval by the Parkglen CIA’s Board of Directors, to ensure architectural standards are maintained to protect current and future owners.
Property owners are required to submit the following form:
Property Modification/Improvement Proposal Form.
Please email a scanned PDF copy of the completed form to parkglen2021@gmail.com. Pictures of the Form will not be accepted.
Upon receipt of the Form, the Board of Directors will have up to thirty (30) days to review and respond to a request.
Failure to obtain Board Approval prior to starting any exterior modifications may result in an order for the property owner to REMOVE or REVERT any unapproved additions and/or changes to the property.
