How much are the Annual Assessment Dues?

Parkglen Annual Dues are only $120. Receipts are not provided except for payments received in cash.

When is my payment due?

All Annual Assessment Dues are to be paid in full by January 31.

What are the acceptable forms of payment?

Cash: Please call 281-530-6397 to coordinate a meeting with a Board Member. A receipt will be provided upon payment.

Check or Money Order: Make it payable to “Parkglen CIA” and mail to: Parkglen CIA, P.O. Box 1974, Stafford, TX 77497.

Zelle: DO NOT SEND PAYMENTS TO PHONE NUMBER. IT IS NOT REGISTERED WITH ZELLE OR OUR BANK.

What is my money used for?

Parkglen board members are resident volunteers and are not paid for their work in the HOA. That is correct, they perform HOA tasks free of charge! The money collected from Parkglen residents are used for maintaining public areas, medians, the pool, the civic center, the soccer fields, utilities, newsletter expenses (printing, postage, etc.), neighborhood signs, city inspections, bookkeeping and lawyer services.
